My husband is in the memory care unit at Oakmont of Westpark. Under the excellent guidance of Ghenet Michael and her team, he is receiving exceptional care. His diabetes is under control, he is getting stronger, is happy and more participatory. The facility is very clean, the food is good, and the nursing care is excellent. These are all important, but the what impresses me most is Ghenet and her staff. They are kind and loving with all the residents. They treat them with dignity. I visit almost daily and I am so grateful for the dedication and compassion that I see on a consistent basis. I was able to go on a long trip to Europe confident that he would be well cared for, and he was.

On August 25th my group The Songbird Trio performed for the Oakmont Roseville West’s 60-70 themed show. As a musical performer I was pleasantly surprised to see how the staff was very attentive and accommodating to the residence and my little group. Decorations were outstanding. Special thanks to Barbara and Micheal.

I love Oakmont at West Park! I toured it today with the activities Director, Innez, and she was very kind and proficient and explained in detail all the wonderful amenities and services I would get if I were a resident of Oakmont West Park. I do hope that in the future that is going to be my home.

Update to review: My cousin spent many years as a resident of Oakmont of Westpark and it was a great experience! The staff is so caring and really treat residents like beloved family. I like that Oakmont offers a broad continuum of amenities that are appropriate for residents who are more independent to those who need a high level of care. My family has always had a negative impression about assisted living facilities, and my cousin’s experience at Oakmont of Westpark changed our minds. If I could give 10 stars I would! I feel very good about the care my family member receives at Oakmont of Westpark. Everyone employed here is kind and helpful. I believe the staff here goes above and beyond for the residents.
