Well, the 5 star rating I give is because I feel Vintage Shores has created an outstanding home for me. Mina and Louis are responsible the beautiful upkeep of the grounds and Mina’s hospitality is superb and very delightful. Louis cares for the grounds as if it were his own, paying attention to detail. I feel happier than I ever have been living here, and it’s due to having such happy, and caring neighbors that make it easy to live in apartment living. Mina and Louis, you are the best and very appreciated by me and others. Thank you for making it a happy home🌹❤️🫶

Location,Location,Location; -), The on location Management staff are really terrific people!! Mina is the manager, and a Champion manager! Mina genuinely cares about her tenants and the property! An amazing women who goes an extra mile for people. You are part of the reason I will never move, plus I have thoroughly enjoyed decorating my adorable apartment. My .wife And I have been residents here at Vintage Shores for 22 years. Like it's name, we are also vintage,and have liveid in too many places to remember .we an say without doubt V.S. is an easy 10 ! The manager and her staff, especially maintenance, are the most professional and competent team we have experienced. We have been here for over two decades, and I would give zero stars if that were an option. The manager is insincere, irresponsible, and biased, often giving phony excuses. I have witnessed her mistreat some residents while showing favoritism and offering special treatment to others. The maintenance lead is no better - he is lazy, incompetent, and deceitful, frequently lying to avoid doing his job. When he does attempt repairs, he often makes blundering mistakes. The two of them are like peas in a pod. Do not be fooled by their two-faced behavior. As for the other positive reviews here, don’t trust them - either the reviewers don’t know the truth, are afraid to speak out, or are benefiting from the favoritism.
