Well, the 5 star rating I give is because I feel Vintage Shores has created an outstanding home for me. Mina and Louis are responsible the beautiful upkeep of the grounds and Mina’s hospitality is superb and very delightful. Louis cares for the grounds as if it were his own, paying attention to detail. I feel happier than I ever have been living here, and it’s due to having such happy, and caring neighbors that make it easy to live in apartment living. Mina and Louis, you are the best and very appreciated by me and others. Thank you for making it a happy home🌹❤️🫶

Like it's name, we are also vintage,and have liveid in too many places to remember .we an say without doubt V.S. is an easy 10 ! The manager and her staff, especially maintenance, are the most professional and competent team we have experienced. This one of the best locations in Orange County, maybe; even the s The weather is ideal and the location is ideal We definitely have no plans to leave,

Vintage Shores Senior Apts are a true gem. My husband & I lived in Oregon and needed to move due to health issues and we wanted to be closer to family and friends. After an online search we decided on this complex. I called Mina, the manager, and she put us on her waiting list. A few months later she had a unit for us and so, happily, we said yes!! Since we lived in Oregon, Mina guided us through the paperwork w/email correspondence….she was sooo helpful and patient. And here we are! It’s beautiful, clean & well maintained. It’s in a safe neighborhood and close to shopping. There’s a lovely lounge, laundry, & pool. Also, there are regular visits to the lounge by Social Services and a Mobile library….lots of activities too. All organized by Mina. She is truly an exceptional, caring person. Any questions or issues we may have, she takes care of. It’s a big task for 123 units! We certainly appreciate her hard work. As for maintenance, Luis and Augustine do a fabulous job. We’re lucky to have them. Many thanks..they are the best. We love Vintage Shores Senior Apartments and it’s team.
