I recently visited San Clemente Villas by the Sea. I was greeted by Marketing Director. Esmeralda Arellano. My experience was fantastic and very pleasant Esmeralda was very professional and showed me the surroundings off this magnificent place she also took her time to answer all my questions. She definitely makes you feel special.

I can’t say enough about the incredible team at San Clemente Villas by the Sea—especially Tara, Rachel, Esmeralda, and Tony. Each of them brings such warmth, compassion, and professionalism to everything they do. From the moment I stepped into the community, I felt welcomed and truly seen. Their level of care and attentiveness gives me complete peace of mind knowing my loved ones are in the very best hands. Tara is a true gem, Rachel exudes positivity, Esmeralda is wonderfully attentive and nurturing, and Tony he brings a calm and grounded energy to the community. The facility itself is stunning—especially with the current upgrades, immaculately maintained, with beautiful ocean breezes and scenic views that create a tranquil, resort-like feel. They have a great philosophy which reflects a deep-rooted mission to serve with purpose, integrity, and heart. That philosophy shines through in everything they do—from the quality of the meals to the enriching activities and personalized care plans. It’s never easy to entrust someone else with the care of your loved one, but I can honestly say I feel incredibly confident and grateful having them at San Clemente Villas. This team doesn’t just meet expectations—they exceed them.

The view is one of the best in the Assisted Living Facility space! The staff are so lovely and sincerely interested in the well-being of each and every resident. The personalized services offered are delivered in a thoughtful well-executed way. Fred, Esmeralda and Tony top off the Great experience you'll have at San Clemente Villas!
