If you're on low income and move into this place, expect hidden fees. They charge a $50 late Rent fee if you pay after the 4th. Also, I lost my Gate Remote and had to pay $50 to replace it. They don't care if you're on Section 8. They price gouge! I'll have to ask my attorney about these fees to see if they're illegal. I advise everyone to go online and look up the Tenant-Landlord Laws for California before signing a lease here. Otherwise the place looks nice. I like my apartment and some of the staff and most of my neighbors. The following is a fake Review! C L Local Guide·25 reviews·49 photos a year ago Reality relating not only for review purposes, this senior apartment complex is a very decent place to reside( plus affordable rental ) wherein my own family member had no complaints but praise on the management for looking after the residents' welfare, ie problematic scenarios occurrences, such as plumbing, maintenance around the place, et al. Truth be told, this is a recommendable senior place to reside at and like other places, there's a waiting list time frame but it's worthy upon acceptance and approval based on criteria. Definitely 5+ stars based on experience with my sister who's residing here. Kudos to the management ie Miss Jessica and staff re Mark🔥💯🙌a very competent people person( maintenance ).

VPII has very big problems…the place is falling apart. The Mgt is not organized and not fair with decisions they make. Keeping the assigned parking spots organized is beyond them. They have no idea what or where people park. The support from the Corporate Office is non existent. They back the Mgt.

The apartment on the outside looks good , the club house and laundry room are well kept up . But the apartments where the seniors live have 15 - 20 year old carpets, which is awful. The overall appearance inside is good to me and spacious, but the appliances are old and not always working well.

Reality relating not only for review purposes, this senior apartment complex is a very decent place to reside( plus affordable rental ) wherein my own family member had no complaints but praise on the management for looking after the residents' welfare, ie problematic scenarios occurrences, such as plumbing, maintenance around the place, et al.
