I had the pleasure of working closely with Roberta Arredondo, the Property Manager at Vintage Pointe I Senior Apartments, in my role as the Director of Social Services. Roberta’s commitment to the well-being of the older adult residents is truly remarkable. I been here at Vintage Pointe for about 10 years and every year our community looks forward to the pool opening! It's such a lovely and calming sight and really helps me with my health and exercise. Roberta explained that it might not be turned on this year and I hope that's not true. We swim in it everyday when the pool is heated daily at 10 AM. We enjoy it so much and please helps us to keep on swimming. Thank you Roberta for listening and we know you will advocate for us swimming seniors.

I love my apartment at Vintage Pointe 1 Senior Apartments! Roberta the manager has been kind and helpful from the start and always greets me with a smile. Marcos the handyman is quick to respond and friendly. Our location is close to shopping and the beach. Great senior apartment complex!

My favorite thing about Vintage Pointe I is our heated pool in the summer and the jacuzzi. It's so important to me that the pool is heated because I am a single senior and it's a wonderful place to meet others. Swimming in the big pool helps me mentally and physically to stay healthy and feel apart of the community. Upper management needs to know how important the pool is to our entire community. Keep the heat!!!
