Worst experience with the compliance company that oversees this apartment complex. They had my elderly mother completely convinced she was getting in until there Friday before the move and decides to tell us she's missing paperwork. We raced in Monday morning, the day she was to move in ( mind you her old apartment is now rented to someone else and she's completely packed) they tell us they will get back to us the same day. We have to call them Tuesday and find out we are denied because they want proof that my step father will never live in the apartment. This is because it's low income and that would put my mom above the limit to live there. My step father lives in Belgium. He has never lived in the US and never will. But this ridiculous company wanted my mom to go down to the court house and file a separation against him as proof that he wouldn't live there. How can you ask that of someone. The fact that they knew over a month that my mom was married and he was over seas and they wait until the day after we are to move in to tell us it won't work! My mother is now living on a couch until we can find another place! It's heart breaking. Screw these people!

Worst place ever, they discriminate against the working class Sr. Went in to apply gave them bank records pay records and deposit. They came back saying I made much, my 4- 2 says I made 34,500 last year they came up with 49,000 so I was declined they just didn't want me living there, and my credit score is 796. So unfair.

A little confusing to navigate. A little large to place myself. Parking a little claustrophobic. Door's not well marked and everyone a little bit shy for answering questions. Other than that it was clean, quiet and we'll lit

Property and landscaping maintenance issues placed on loooooonnnngggg waiting list - if addressed at all. Don't count on listed amenities being available for use if you're a resident...(especially the swimming pool/spa). "Community managers" (aka property management representatives) and maintenance personnel are routinely hired and fired at an alarming rate, and usually just as they start to get to know the residents ("community members") and their concerns. Without a trusted liason between residents and "upper" management, there is no consistency of information, nor resolution to long-standing issues. Never any follow-up by USA Prop Fund on written requests, who evidently couldn't care less about "enriching the lives" of the residents as they claim. A resident's concerns, requests, issues or suggestions to improve "the community" - i.e. their HOMES - are never satisfactorily addressed or resolved, and are routinely ignored or entirely forgotten.
