Could not be happier with our choice of Sky Peaks. My mom is happy with her apt and private outdoor space. The staff was so HELPFUL and FRIENDLY with her and us to make sure everything was taken care of for her move. Including recommending a great guy to move her furniture.

Very poor business ethics. No care or d for the wellbeing of their patients or there needs. Rude staff nearly unedible meals. Worse than school lunch.andto top it off they have sucked my father n law dry of all his finances. And still some how continue to se d his bank account into overdraft even know he no longer lives there. Absolutely sick

This facility has a high turnover rate for employees. I don't know why, but the lady named Leigh who was the previous activities director seemed to LOVE the residents. I loved her! She loved me (and my music) But the new director, Shannon, does not have good social skills, to say the least. After Leigh left I continued to play music there and I connected greatly with the residents. They loved me and I loved them. After the best solo performance I think I've ever done, Shannon informed me they were over budget and had to cut me back on pay and hours. The way she approached it was unfriendly and hurtful. I asked her if she has asked the residents what THEY wanted. Apparently that did not matter to them and their budget. Tried to call the Corporate office and they simply turned it back over to the local facility. Not good! I am awaiting a decision as to the resolution of this issue. Once resolved I will update this post. I will be honest.
