This complex started out so well with rent around 1150.00 for a 1 bedroom. Then they changed administrators, the entire management team changed and raised the rent by approx 100.00. Now i see 1 bedrooms are 1799.00 - which is market value! This is supposed to be affordable senior apartments! I canceled my application soon after the team changed. I was so looking forward to moving in to a new place.

My experience is similar to some others here. They told me I could rent one of the 2BR/2BA for~$1875/mo. When I came back to sign they had gone up to $2440/mo. I should have backed out but was tired of looking. I regretted that decision but I definitely won't be renewing the lease...

Everyone has been so nice and helpful throughout the process. I love my beautiful apartment! Management is so great and maintenance too. I feel very safe with security guard too!

Why 239 apartments??!! I am applying based on location, comfort and distance because I am a 67-year-old person but, honestly I would be concerned about living there..... so many people in a single building later they cannot provide adequate maintenance and it becomes a nest of cockroaches and mice because not everyone has the sense of cleanliness and order. I also think that two or three buildings should be built and have more recreational spaces for seniors within the place. I will not apply for this place.
