I have lived here for almost 10 years in September. I am very grateful for finding this location to live. I live on the third floor. I love the view. I love that it is peaceful and quiet. I’ll come from Del Paso Rd Heights on Elm Street where it was noisy and gunshots all the time that does not happen here. I am thankful for the community where I live in the people that I am friends with and thankful to the management team that work here. I love it here this is my home.

This is the most quiet place I've ever lived. Nice residents and decent clean apartments. If you have a maintenance issue, they handle in a reasonable amount of time. Only bad thing some don't care for is that in one bedroom units in main building you have to go through the bedroom to use the toilet. Other than that, everything is good.

Cherie and Maria are excellent managers, they listen and respond to requests quickly. Bert and Shawn keep our apartments maintained well. They are courteous and friendly and knowledgeable about repairs. Thanks.

I was visiting someone. The place is well-maintained. My relative is comfortable there and feels safe. The only sad part is that her family lived in the south part of Sacramento, not near her at all.
