Vintage at Kendall Apartments

I'm so sorry to tell you but this place is so strict with rules regulations. they have employees that will run to the office and tell on you if they feel you have broken any rule and there are many rules. I've been here one year and I was homeless before I moved in here I think I was happier homeless than in this place. there seem to be rules for some people and not for others. but I am always in trouble for one infraction or another. they have security guards that bully senior citizens they have employees that bully senior citizens don't live here you'll be sorry and the good reviews are from people that pay full rent they leave them alone I'm here on a section 8 voucher and I'm treated very shabby while others are treated with respect caring concern and understanding there has never been any of that here for me. most of the reviews are of the old management team we are under a new management team and they are not nice they are not kind they are not anything that was described before this new manager took over this is what the low income section looks like there is no care to the flower beds there is no care about us whatsoever they do not like us and they make it very plain this is what the low income section looks like in this pictures. I have lived here for almost 7 years. My experiences with the staff and maintenance has been very favorable. Management has been kind, courteous and caring. Thank you for making and keeping my home safe and comfortable.

With new management this place has only gone down hill. From what they told us I thought it was the truth about how much better things were going to be here. WRONG! The pictures might look nice or the front may look pretty, but it is not true about what it is like to really live here. I have lived here a long time and this is my opinion.

I just wanted to share my experience About stuff. they’ve always been so good to me and to everyone that I know very kind and caring and they help with whatever help is needed right away and always been respectful towards me and everyone I’ve seen and always willing to help in every always . Always greeted with a smile and always willing to do whatever is needed I appreciate everything they do i’ve rented here in 2018 and I’m renting here again 2023 I really love this place very peaceful I’m very happy we have a really good stuff.
