Vintage at Kendall Apartments

I have lived here for almost 7 years. My experiences with the staff and maintenance has been very favorable. Management has been kind, courteous and caring. Thank you for making and keeping my home safe and comfortable.

With new management this place has only gone down hill. From what they told us I thought it was the truth about how much better things were going to be here. WRONG! The pictures might look nice or the front may look pretty, but it is not true about what it is like to really live here. I have lived here a long time and this is my opinion.

I just wanted to share my experience About stuff. they’ve always been so good to me and to everyone that I know very kind and caring and they help with whatever help is needed right away and always been respectful towards me and everyone I’ve seen and always willing to help in every always . Always greeted with a smile and always willing to do whatever is needed I appreciate everything they do i’ve rented here in 2018 and I’m renting here again 2023 I really love this place very peaceful I’m very happy we have a really good stuff. Hi my name’s Ernesto Anthony Moreno and I would like to share my experience living at vintage at Kendall’s apartments the staff are really great even though they are only 4 people working every work day they managed to do their best Mari, Alex,Mark and Abby are really increíble good they treated me and the rest of the residents with respect and kindness they always go the extra mile to help also we do have someone very special in our community her name is Rossy she is a very kind person she’s always ready to help us with the paperwork and everything concerning our community I like to thanks everyone and I’m glad to have them as our staff
