I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of Lesly, who is in charge of weekend activities. Her attitude is rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for someone working with residents. My grandmother lives at this facility, and this behavior has been very concerning. Staff in this role should be respectful, patient, and compassionate, but that standard is clearly not being met. Because of this experience, I have decided to remove my grandmother from the facility. I strongly urge management to address this immediately and take appropriate action, including reevaluating whether she should remain in this role. If you have any loved ones here please look into how they are being treated.

Karla was fantastic. She took the time to sit with us twice as we were deciding a great place for my grandmother. Mission Commons allows its residents the independence to age and having a sense of community. I wished I could have moved in.

My father was at MC for a very short period. I can’t really review the facility as he did not participate in much due to his rapid decline in health. However, we contracted with Max Care and their kindness, communication and level of care was outstanding. We never felt my father was unsafe or did not have access to help. The overall feeling from the Max Care team was love for their job and the client. We not once felt like his caretakers were just doing a job, it was a labor of love and service to the sick.

We are very happy with Mission Commons. Mom's caregivers (Max Care At Home LLC) do an amazing job with her care. They contact us when necessary and respond to our questions promptly. Mom enjoys the meals and other social activities with her friends. The Mission Commons shuttle service has been very beneficial in transporting Mom to and from appointments.
