Vintage at Kendall Apartments

Vintage is a beautiful place with nicely landscaped grounds, very clean and well maintained areas, and great views of the mountains. The apartments themselves are surprisingly well updated when there is turnover. A+ on the visual appeal! Management is amazing- friendly, responsive and timely. Maintenance is great too; requests are dealt with fast, and they are friendly and very accommodating. A+ on the entire staff! Location is good, close to Stater Bros and some decent restaurants, with a Walmart a few miles away. A+ all around.

I have lived here for almost 7 years. My experiences with the staff and maintenance has been very favorable. Management has been kind, courteous and caring. Thank you for making and keeping my home safe and comfortable.

With new management this place has only gone down hill. From what they told us I thought it was the truth about how much better things were going to be here. WRONG! The pictures might look nice or the front may look pretty, but it is not true about what it is like to really live here. I have lived here a long time and this is my opinion.

I just wanted to share my experience About stuff. they’ve always been so good to me and to everyone that I know very kind and caring and they help with whatever help is needed right away and always been respectful towards me and everyone I’ve seen and always willing to help in every always . Always greeted with a smile and always willing to do whatever is needed I appreciate everything they do i’ve rented here in 2018 and I’m renting here again 2023 I really love this place very peaceful I’m very happy we have a really good stuff.
