Village on the Park Bentonville

What a team!! Our family's needs were quite challenging given both spouses had ALZ and were at different levels of care. When we toured, we were so impressed by the brightness, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the facility. But then we met the team - and wow! As beautiful as the building is, it's the hearts and hands of the people inside who truly make it extraordinary. They are always ready to do whatever it takes to help our loved ones thrive! We looked at several other assisted living facilities near by and in Fayetteville and the Village on the Park in Bentonville was hands down the only place we would want our loved ones to be in! I would absolutely recommend the Village On the Park Bentonville!!.

What a wonderful place. My parents live in one of their lovely cottages. Everything is so beautifully maintained. They love it there. Carol Montelione -the activity director, keeps everyone busy with outing’s, parties & cultural experiences. They felt welcomed from the day they moved in. I can’t recommend Village on the Park Bentonville enough.

It has been a couple of months since my sister and I started the "actual on-site tours" of Assisted Living and Memory Care options in the Northwest Arkansas area for our sister...and our brother-in-law...both unfortunately diagnosed with Alzheimer's. The "remote" search and inquiries started nearly a year ago. My sister and I both live 8 and 10 hours away from Fayetteville which made the search more of a challenge but after extreme due diligence and visiting about 8 different options, our decision was easy. We chose Village On The Park Bentonville driven by the impeccable, kind follow-up from Johnee Freeland, Director of Sales/Mktg from the very beginning, then the warm welcome(s) we received with every visit we made to the Village (about 5) before committing. Every staff member we have met, before and after committing, has been so kind, patient, caring and passionate about creating a personalized, loving pathway of care for our sister (Assisted Living) and our brother-in-law (Memory Care). Kitchen staff (Brendan and others), Activities Director for residents (Rickie), Administration (Kacy), Director of Nursing (Amber), Memory Care Lead Nurse (Tasha), CNAs (Ethan and Brenda & others)...everyone...awesome. So it was the thoroughness and responsiveness early on from Johnee that had us focused on Village On The Park, but the culture of caring, the culture of teamwork and the physical structure and cleanliness in the building has us so thankful that we were able to find a home for our sister in Assisted Living and a home in Memory Care for our brother-in-law. Such an emotional and difficult process to go through, but we know we made the absolute best and very well-informed choice to select Village On The Park Bentonville. Brian T

Village on the Park Bentonville is a beautiful, hospitable, and clean place. Every staff member is committed to the happiness, wellbeing, and care of all residents. A special shout out to Life Enrichment Directors, Carol and Ricki, for creating and facilitating meaningful activities. They do a great job at carrying out activities that encourage life-long learning, living a full life, and building connection.
