My mother moved to Village on the Park in June 2023. She had vascular dementia, so she lived in the memory care unit. We as a family were fortunate, she knew she was challenged and would say, "my memory is bad, that's why I live here and have wonderful people helping me." She loved living at Village on the Park. The staff made her a hamburger...every single day. She participated in activities. She loved to walk and would walk the hallways as well as the beautiful courtyard. I have already written privately to leadership at this facility to name individuals, but suffice to say, we could NOT have been more pleased with the care provided by the CNAs, nurses, food service director, activity director, etc. My mom passed away a week ago, the staff at Village on the Park worked so well with hospice, and my mom was able to stay in her small apartment, surrounded by the caretakers who loved her. If you are considering a facility for your loved one, I cannot recommend Village on the Park highly enough.

When my 92-year-old aunt needed assisted living, we visited several facilities—but once we toured Village on the Park Bentonville, there was no comparison. From the moment she moved in, any hesitation she had about giving up her independence quickly disappeared. She affectionately called it “The Palace” and truly loved being part of the community. The staff, the activities, and the welcoming environment made her final chapter one of joy, dignity, and connection. It brings me peace to know we made the right choice—Village on the Park gave her the opportunity to enjoy life to the fullest, right up to the end. We are deeply grateful.

Village on the Park in Bentonville has truly raised the bar when it comes to assisted living and independent living activities. Every time I visit, I’m blown away by the energy, variety, and joy in the air. The residents always seem genuinely engaged—there’s always something happening, from creative in-house events to exciting bus outings and community adventures. It’s clear the activities team goes above and beyond to make life vibrant and fulfilling for the residents. This place isn’t just “active”… it’s alive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a senior living community where people are actually living, not just residing.
