Having my spouse in memory care has been one of the hardest decisions, but this team has made a meaningful difference for our family. The caregivers are compassionate and attentive, and they genuinely take the time to get to know each resident. I’ve seen firsthand the patience and kindness they show, and it gives me peace of mind. The environment is welcoming and well-maintained, and I’m thankful for the support they provide.

They drug the residents and do not keep them safe from falling. Do not treat infections and allow them to get worse due to lack of changing every shift. Feed them cold food that is awful. All for $8,000 a month. Thankfully, new company bought them hopefully they can improve the conditions and get rid of the current management.

We placed mom here for respite care. I could not ask for a better, more professional yet homey environment for her to be in. I am so grateful for the excellent care, mom being treated with dignity and respect, and how the trained staff remained friendly and calm in the most caring manner. Magnolia Place is truly a breath of fresh air compared to any other facility. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Magnolia Place is. I am so thankful.

I toured Magnolia Place with a friend wanting to place her dad, it was beautiful, clean and smelled great. From walking in the door to the end of the tour we were greeted with many employee smiles and happy residents. Residents had choices of things to be doing during the day to fit their energy level and the things they like. The staff was lively and all interacting with residents. Definitely a place I will tell people about!
