When you first enter Clearwater Mayo Blvd, it feels like you're entering a high-end luxury hotel (see photos), but what really sets Clearwater apart are the people who work there. My father chose Clearwater back in 2022 because he wanted to be near the Mayo Clinic, just down the road, yet in the end, it was Clearwater's caregivers and MedTechs—coupled with with Noble Hospice nurses—who gave him the best quality of life in his final months. I can't thank them enough!

Nothing short of amazing is how I'd start this review! From our site of 8 different assisted living communities, where Clearwater was the obvious choice for my Mom, through the move-in a few weeks ago, we have been so impressed with everything and everyone! The Executive Director and team, sales team, the lifestyle & wellness team, the concierge team, the culinary and dining room teams, the housekeeping and maintenance team and the move-in team are all exceptional. With every request, every interaction - there is quick and thorough follow-up/follow-through. This community is like no other we visited. It feels like a resort. I could go on. Best decision for my Mom as well as our family. We're just so happy to be part of the Clearwater community. Thank you to all!

I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to share with people how thrilled I am with Clearwater Senior living @ Mayo. I am both happy and relieved to have loved-ones there (one in memory care and one in assisted living). From the moment we walked in to visit with sales representatives and tour the community, I was impressed with the staff’s professionalism and authentic concern for future residents. I continue to be impressed: medical staff, care providers, and management. Everyone in the facility knows my loved-ones as well as their needs and interests. Having elderly family members who are ready for this next step is difficult. Clearwater helped us navigate our situation beautifully and continues to do so.

Feels like a resort when entering the premises. Open, airy and very nice. We moved mom and dad into Clearwater 5 months ago. Mom didn’t want to move into a place “where people go to die”, so it was a challenging and bumpy process in the beginning, including dealing with the death of a spouse. The wonderful staff didn’t give up when she was unhappy. Mom now has a routine that includes friends to eat meals with, daily activities to attend, and friendly staff that is full of complements and hugs. Great place to send a loved one.
