We are committed to providing compassionate, personalized assisted living services that promote independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life for every resident. Our comprehensive care includes assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, daily medication reminders, health monitoring, and three nutritious meals each day. Residents also have access to physical, speech, and occupational therapy, light housekeeping, maintenance, and linen services, as well as skilled nursing care with a nurse available on call 24 hours a day. We offer short-term respite stays for families who need temporary support and peace of mind. Our comfortable one-bedroom and efficiency apartments are designed with accessibility and safety in mind and feature 24-hour emergency response systems and handicapped-accessible accommodations. Residents can also enjoy our on-site beauty and barbershop, beautiful outdoor courtyard, inviting dining room, welcoming family room, and convenient laundry facilities. Our goal is to create a supportive, engaging community where residents receive the care they need while continuing to enjoy comfort, connection, and independence. With that being said, we are able to offer Medicaid Waiver services from day one for those who may qualify.

Vancrest is a great facility. The entire staff is the greatest! The love and kindness shown to my mother, Nadine Baumert, from her years in assisted living and then later in skilled nursing was top notch. The tenderness in her care as she entered Hospice and then as she passed will never be forgotten. Thank you Vancrest.

I have had family and friends in Vancrest of Payne and I enjoy visiting the residents here. The staff is really friendly, the facility is super clean and there is always some type of activity going on, you usually hear laughter which to me means the residents are happy regardless of their circumstances.

They are the most caring staff when it comes to their patients. Activities of all different kinds for their enjoyment. The staff has treated my brother like he was one of their family members. And the staff is always willing to answer any questions the family might have.

Julie and Karen in activities are fantastic- they really know how to keep the residents busy and having fun! Vancrest is one of the cleanest nursing homes I’ve been in and the staff is welcoming!
