Certified by Ohio Department of Aging to provide services under the assisted living program. Currently accepting individuals enrolled in assisted living program. Purpose Statement - Antwerp Manor Assisted Living provides both Basic Assisted Living services and Memory Care services. These services differ in that the Memory Care program provides an enhanced staffing ratio, an enhanced number of therapeutic, social or recreational activities, safe access to outdoor space, enhanced staff training and enhanced call light responsiveness.
