I’ve had a wonderful experience with Valparaiso Senior Village by StoryPoint. The staff truly care about the residents, and the environment is warm, welcoming, and well-run. Jaclyn, the Executive Director, has always been incredibly kind, professional, and approachable. She genuinely cares about the residents and their families, and it shows in how the community is run. Tanya, the Head Nurse, has been extremely helpful. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure everyone feels supported. I also have to mention Chef Allen, who is extremely talented. The food is excellent and you can tell a lot of care goes into the meals prepared for the residents. Another great aspect of the community is the activities. Tammy and Susan do a fantastic job planning lots of fun events and activities for the residents, which really helps create a lively and engaging atmosphere. Overall, it’s clear that the entire team works hard to make this a caring and enjoyable place to live. I truly appreciate the dedication of everyone at Valparaiso Senior Village by StoryPoint and would highly recommend it.

New owners & management. 4 floors. Assisted living apartments on floors 2-4. whereas Memory Care apartments are on the first floor. Dining room and Bistro. Bright and cheery. Lots of windows. View garden courtyard of flowers and sitting areas outside. Pergola sitting area just outside the front entrance. They have an employee at the Welcome desk qjen you arrive the front entrance. There is a huge inside sun porch off the front entrance too. You definitely will enjoy this place. My dad resided her for two years 2018-2020. He lived this place. Oh the apartments are large and roomy. Keep in mind you won't need a lot of furniture. Keep it simple and cozy to keep your apartment orderly & tidy.

Phenomenal staff. Management is very supportive and great to work with. Therapy staff is amazing. Great food. This is a great place to be!!
