My father lived here briefly until we moved him to another nearby facility. In a short time while he lived there he experienced a lack of medical care, increasingly poor food quality and evident staffing shortages. He witnessed a woman that fell down, couldn't move or speak in the hallway and was laying there for some time. As far as contacting Valley View I had a terrible time getting anyone to ever returned any of my calls we also had great deal of trouble getting a refund for Valley View for his monthly fees it took months and we did ultimately have to reach out to the local Ombudsman to get help. I can't recommend strongly enough to look elsewhere for your loved one's care.

I am amazed at this facility, I lived in Houston for 54 yrs, but only in a Senior Facility fir 2 of those years ans I have to say that this place is so great to say I’m living here that my move here couldn’t have panned out better. The staff is amazing & I can’t say enough of them because they’re ready to accommodate. I’ve only been here little over a week & I’ve made friends already. After attending a meeting with Rebecca who is awesome and letting us know about the upcoming renovations, I’m glad to join the Valley View Family.

I have family here.I love the fact that residents are well taken care off. And great caregivers..Gilbert the MCC Cordinator is doing such a great job!! Residents love him.❤️
