The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The lunch they treated us to was excellent and plentiful. Everyone was welcoming and so friendly. I was able to secure a one bedroom apartment with a deck, so was very lucky! I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

My 100 year old mother has lived at Brook Ridge for two years. She and I highly recommend this retirement center. The staff, including supervisors, business, maintenance, food service, and housekeeping provide superior service. They know the residents and treat them like family. The facility is clean, attractive and kept up to date. I feel very secure and blessed that my mother is not just well cared for, but that she is loved at Brook Ridge.

This place is wonderful. I go visit my mom every weekend and eat lunch with her. The helper angels that bring us the meal are always so kind and remember what we've gotten before and ask us if we want the same snacks or different ones. I had asked in this review to get my mom's closet fixed and they did a great job. When my mom's plumbing needed to be fixed for the toilet my mom called immediately and they fixed it the next day. My mom's room is very quiet and we cannot hear the neighbors. This location is close to where my mom is going to have surgery and is very convenient to hospitals. If furniture is not needed anymore, Brookridge saves it and has a sale so others in community may buy it. My mom bought some nice furniture and the wonderful helper angels working there brought the furniture directly to my mom's room. Only thing that might be better in the rooms would be to have vinyl flooring instead of carpet as the elderly might trip with the carpet. Plus the carpet keeps a lot more dust. Thank you for having a nice place to live.
