My friend and I visited Valleyview independent living last week We were greeted by Kristen and treated to a nice lunch good food and learned a lot about Valley View. We were then taken on a tour and shown the apartments available. The apartments have been redone and are very attractive. Valley View offers a lot for seniors like ourselves. The staff was very friendly. overall value, View offers a lot to seniors who choose this type of living thank you very muchu Kr is ten. ,you do an excellent job of presenting value view and it’s many options

My sister and I toured valley view for my father who is 80. The facility is very clean. The residents are very happy there. Crystal, she was fantastic. She went above and beyond what we expected. My dad wasn't sure if he wanted to go on a tour by himself or not. Crystal talked to him and he went in and she answered all his questions. My father's not even a resident there and she Said that she's going to go and check on my father on Thursday to see how he is and see what he thinks about the facility and she just wants to make sure that he's okay in a safe place. My mother passed away almost a year ago and he is in Harlingen by himself because I live in Georgia and my sister lives in New York. When I was talking to the residents they were extremely happy and they were asking when my father is going to come and live there and what his hobbies were and it just seems like a very positive environment. When you walk in you can feel the environment is welcoming and it doesn't feel like a hospital. My father's not even there yet and I highly recommend this, especially talking to Crystal

The staff are caring and kind, I love all activities they offer. We went bowling as a group and had a wonderful time. Wonderful place to call home.
