My mom, Grace was fortunate to spend her last days at Tucson Place. The activities go on all day to keep residents stimulated and involved. The Caregivers are loving to all residents, and the Memory Director works hard at growing Tp to a #1 facility.. I am thankful for their expertise in caring for my loved one.

Had a not very pleasant 1-month stay at Tucson Place over February-March 2026 for respite care following back surgery. I contacted Pegasus leadership on May 4 and have not received a reply. Staff was not prompt responding to calls for help, food service and quality were fair and leadership did nor respond to inquiries.

I've been to other facilities that pale in comparison to this place. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the administrators are kind. I definitely would recommend this for anyone looking for a facility for their loved ones. I always said I would never put a loved one in a care facility because I never trusted anyone but I stand corrected. I would highly recommend checking out this facility for a loved one and would put mine there if necessary.

I think that Tucson Place at Ventana Canyon is a truly special community. Every time I walk in from the moment I arrive, I am greeted with breathtaking views of the Catalina Mountains that create a peaceful and uplifting atmosphere. The community is the perfect size—large enough to offer fantastic amenities and programs, yet intimate enough to feel warm, personal, and truly like home. They offer both assisted living and memory care, with a compassionate and dedicated team that supports residents with respect and dignity. One of the standout features is Dr. Peterson’s program, which brings a thoughtful, innovative approach to wellness and cognitive support. It’s clear that every aspect of care is designed with the residents’ well-being in mind and that makes me feel that they really care. I believe that Tucson Place combines natural beauty, excellent care, with a strong sense of community. It’s a place where residents can thrive—and families can feel confident and at peace knowing their loved ones are in .
