Had a not very pleasant 1-month stay at Tucson Place over February-March 2026 for respite care following back surgery. I contacted Pegasus leadership on May 4 and have not received a reply. Staff was not prompt responding to calls for help, food service and quality were fair and leadership did nor respond to inquiries.

My mom, Grace was fortunate to spend her last days at Tucson Place. The activities go on all day to keep residents stimulated and involved. The Caregivers are loving to all residents, and the Memory Director works hard at growing Tp to a #1 facility.. I am thankful for their expertise in caring for my loved one.

Tucson Place at Ventana Canyon is more than just an assisted living and memory care community—it’s a place of genuine warmth, understanding, and support. What truly sets it apart is Lisa, the Sales Director, whose compassion and empathy are nothing short of extraordinary. Our family was in crisis, overwhelmed and unsure of what steps to take for our loved one. Lisa met us with grace, patience, and a deep understanding of the emotional weight we were carrying. She listened intently, asked thoughtful questions, and helped us express our needs clearly—something we didn’t even realize we needed. Her ability to guide families through difficult transitions with kindness and clarity is a gift. Lisa didn’t just help us find a place for our loved one—she helped us find peace of mind. Her dedication to each family’s unique situation and her heartfelt approach made all the difference. She is a true advocate for both residents and their families, and her presence at Tucson Place is a blessing. The community itself is beautiful, safe, and full of life. The staff is attentive, the programs are enriching, and the care is personalized. But it’s the human connection—especially through people like Lisa—that makes this place truly special. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity and where your family will be supported every step of the way, I cannot recommend Tucson Place at Ventana Canyon enough.

I had the pleasure to tour with Ella at Tucson Place to help assist my Aunt and Uncle who recently moved to Arizona. I was concerned about them having two different levels of care. Not only did my family feel welcomed, they were accommodated for their respective needs and the staff showed concern and compassion during their transition. My Uncle absolutely loves their meals and my Aunt can’t get enough of Bingo. My favorite take away is that the building always smells fresh and doesn’t carry a strong odor as typically found in other facilities. I would highly recommend Tucson Place at Ventana Canyon.
