They are taking wonderful care of my grandma. The rooms (or shall I say suites) are very nice and big for a nursing facility with personalized care for your loved ones. They have a big cafeteria, room service, activities, a movie theater, church, etc. Microwaves and refrigerators are included in the patients rooms as well. They take care of everything including cleaning and laundry. They also welcomed her cat! Incredible and above board! Thank you for everything!

The facility is really nice on the surface, most all staff is friendly and helpful. Make sure you verify what truly is offered/promised and ask the hard questions to hold management to a higher standard even if they push back. We were promised many things when we were making the decision to move our loved one here. There was high turn over both in the head nurse position as well as the dementia supervisor position. Consistency was a great concern. Know that even if specific things are listed in the care plan, that does not mean that the care plan is being honored. Pay attention to what the expectation is and what you are paying for is being followed. There are many options out there, so do your homework and talk to people to find out what you can truly expect. Dignity, respect to the resident AND to the family and getting what you pay for matters.

Ariel was amazing throughout the process of enrolling my husband. She followed up on everything that we discussed. It is a beautiful facility with wonderful staff!

This facility is unbelievably beautiful! The design, cleanliness, music and all the extras, felt like I had stepped into a resort. The bar/pub was so classic and a great addition. Upon meeting the wellness director, it was obvious that the residents were in great hands.
