I came to visit my Grandma today, and just felt compelled to leave a review, because of how friendly and attentive the staff were while I was here. The kitchen did a great job with the service, and had great attitudes. The chef even came out to check on some folks, and made sure everyone was happy. From the front desk, to the kitchen, I appreciate the smiling faces service. Keep up the good work!

Independence Village of Columbus has been such a wonderful place. The community truly feels warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents they go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, respected, and at home. The building is clean, bright, and beautifully maintained, and there are always engaging activities happening that keep residents active and connected. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into creating a safe, supportive environment while still encouraging independence and dignity. If you’re looking for assisted living where your loved one will be treated like family, Independence Village of Columbus is absolutely worth considering. The staff is so kind and helpful, it feels like one big family. We’re really thankful knowing our granny is somewhere safe, clean, and having a great time. Shoot, I'd move in too if only they’d save me a room! Lol love this place!

As a frequent guest to the building I can appreciate the atmosphere and the curb appeal! The common areas are nicely decorated and the services available to residents are very convenient. I especially like some of the 2 bedroom apartments. They are spacious and comfortable.
