Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community

I recently toured the Tiffany Springs Senior community in my search for a place to live. I really didn’t know what to expect but I was blown away. The facilities are beautiful, all of the community rooms are tastefully appointed and lovely. They have thought of everything. I love that they are locally owned. My host, Crystal Aragon, was very helpful, informative, and genuinely kind and caring. So many younger people talk down to and patronize us seniors. Crystal did neither and I could tell she enjoyed meeting me. I was invited back for a social evening. It was much fun and all the staff and residents I met were awesome. My tour of the facility left a lasting impression, particularly with regards to the impeccable upkeep. The staff's professionalism and friendliness were evident, with Crystal being a standout example. Her warm and engaging demeanor, combined with her thorough responses to my questions, were truly impressive. She demonstrated a dedication to excellence by seeking out additional information when needed. This facility is, without question, the most suitable environment for placing a loved one, where their safety and well-being will be paramount.

My dad spent the last 3 weeks of his life at Tiffany Springs Senior Living in their memory care unit. I’m so glad he was there. The staff was amazing. They took such good care of him. Every day they made sure he was shaved, clean clothes on, body cleaned and dentures in. At night they made sure his dentures came out, his pjs put on and he was tucked under the covers. Laundry was washed 1-2 times a week depending on the need. There were nurses on staff all the time who constantly kept us informed including asking permission if a medication needed to be ordered. They worked with us on a health plan including what would happen as my dad’s health declined. The hospice staff are in the memory care unit daily checking on him from the nurse, social work and chaplain. The facility is like staying at a hotel. High ceilings, large windows that make the rooms light and bright, spacious dining room, several quiet areas to visit with family and a nice courtyard. I can’t say enough about the staff being amazing and caring people. You can tell they care about the residents and making sure they are comfortable and respected. At meals the residents were not rushed. Food was served to accommodate the residents i.e. cut up into small pieces for those who needed help. If someone wanted more food, they could. Once dad passed, staff and hospice staff called to check on us. They sent flowers and some gave hugs. I wish we had placed dad here a year ago instead of wasting our time at a different memory care place. My Dad lived in the assisted living side. His room was beautiful and for the most part, the staff were attentive, friendly and caring. When they had someone that didn’t fit the bill, they helped them learn or they removed them. The kitchen helped my Dad when he had special food needs. Empower staff that provided therapy were also wonderful. My Dad loved the social aspect. We also utilized the transportation. That was a huge benefit. Thank you for taking care of him.
