Thing are not going great here. My parents moved in the end of March, the new Provincial corporation took over, no one listens to the tenant complaints, there is hardly any staff, lot of items in the contract they signed have not happened, like a storage unit, a life alert, weekly housekeeping. My mom still has questions about what is the correct rent rate. Responses to concerns are almost non-existent. The food is not great. we were hopeful for improvements, but not seeing them.

This assisted living facility is so clean, spacious and very comfortable. My friend resides there and she is well taken care of, staff helpful and friendly.

I was a delivery driver and had an older lady try to open the door out of the kindness of her heart for me but about fell to where I had to catch her. I understand this is an independent living environment but I believe staff should be in the lobby 24/7. I called and spoke with a supervisor she told me “well hopefully she would have had her button on her. That they are only open from 7-7” . Remind you I was in the lobby for a good 10-15 minutes and didn’t see anyone other than my customer and her. My thoughts are, these people should have access to help or at least someone to assist them outside their homes at anytime of the day, at least to where if they holler someone could help. If you care about your family, think about your choice wisely. I do not recommend this place and I based on what I saw I would not want my family member in such a place.
