The community is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with a warm and professional staff who clearly care about the residents. I had the absolute pleasure of touring The Windsor at Lakewood Ranch, and I was completely blown away, not just by the beautiful facility, but by the heart and soul of it: Sales Director Adrianna Holderman. Although “Sales Director” is her title, it hardly does her justice. Adrianna is truly a Compassionate, Loving Problem Solver. As we toured, it was evident that this is more than just a job for her. She knew every resident by name, greeted them like family, and her genuine care radiated in every interaction. The Windsor itself is warm, inviting, and full of life, but it’s Adrianna who brings it all together with her deep love for people and commitment to their well-being. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Windsor to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be cared for with dignity, kindness, compassion and heart. Thank you, Adrianna, for the tour and making such a lasting impression. You are a true gem!

I just enjoyed a tour of this charming facility with Adrianna. There is something very special here amongst the staff. It is a culture of caring with authenticity and dedication to each resident. Having seen many facilities within this industry this stands out to me as exceptional. The property Is beautifully decorated and maintained and has plenty of natural light which makes for a vibrant atmosphere. I was intentional about interacting with several residents during my tour and found each one to be in a healthy and positive frame of mind. I can easily recommend this as a wonderful option for families looking in the Lakewood Ranch area.

Enjoyed getting to tour The Windsor Lakewood Ranch with Adrianna and see everything they have to offer to residents. I wish my grandparents had as warm of an environment that really feels like home when they needed assisted living!
