I would like to thank the entire staff for the WONDERFUL “Golden Happy Hour”. It was an outstanding event and the staff entertained us so well. It was a very fun time! The staff never stop working to please the residents. My family and I would like to thank everyone for keeping me safe, happy, and comfortable living at The Willows at Tiffin. It brings us such joy to watch the entire staff enjoying their jobs.

The Willows at Tiffin has been a great fit for my Aunt when the time came to find a senior living facility. The staff has been very helpful and concerned with all aspects of her being happy. Everything from dining to housekeeping to activities has been well done. With physical therapy on site is makes it easy to help her maintain her involvement at the Willows. She has made new friends, as well as, reconnecting with old friends too. The "fit" for my Aunt has been the most important thing for her to continue a quality of life she deserves.

After I came down with a mystery illness that landed me in the ICU unit at Mercy Hospital for 6 days and unable to walk I then was transferred to The Willows for inpatient therapy. The staff was warm and caring. I made several good friends with both the therapists and the residents. The food was delicious. After my stay the therapists came to my home for a period of time followed by me actually driving to The Willows for outpatient therapy. It was a long road to full recovery but today I lead an active life thanks to these wonderful 🙏 capable people.

Best Senior Living Community you will find in Northern Ohio, possibly even further. The staff truly loves the residents like family, very modern and clean facility, with 4 cute courtyards and the food is amazing. Real Happy Hour with live music every Friday for residents and family members. Holiday events are fantastic. Assisted living residents offered off-site for fun times twice a week! The Willows at Tiffin is outstanding!
