Valley View is the ONLY place that I would entrust to care for my family members. This past year Valley View cared for my parents and uncle. As a caregiver and daughter, Valley View employees were helpful and caring from the start. Making decisions for loved ones is not an easy task, but the staff here relieves the stress involved. I was fortunate to have Leslie's assistance to guide me with getting them in the door. As residents, the list of wonderful nurses and staff is too long to name to praise for excellent care. Rachel Clapp helped me through an especially difficult time assisting with hospice and used her expertise to get me the resources necessary. When making a decision for your loved ones - the choice is Valley View.

Valley View is filled with caring and detail oriented staff. They take time to engage with and get to know the residents. Valley View gives residents and families a sense of community and friendliness. Everyone is compassionate about the care of the residents and per my grandpa, the food is amazing.

This facility is amazing. The environment, staff, activities and food are great. Any concerns are always addressed and resolved promptly. All of the staff are so engaging with the residents as well as the families. I always enjoy visiting and being greeted with smiles and hellos. You couldn’t ask for a better place when it comes to finding the right place for your loved ones than Valley View. I love getting to see her thrive in a very social and engaging environment, where she has had amazing care from all and has gained so many new friends in the short time she has been there. The environmental department keeps the facility looking absolutely beautiful and functioning, activities makes sure there is always something exciting happening including outings out in the community like going to the fair where family can join in on the fun, and the dietary department does an amazing job providing fresh nutritional, appetizing, and delicious meals. The staff have all been so caring and amazing from nursing to rehabilitation services to business management and everyone in between. I highly recommend taking a tour and seeing all of the amazing benefits of Valley View when trying to find the best fit for you or your loved ones.
