My dad stayed on the rehabilitation side after suffering a fractured pelvis, and the care he received was phenomenal from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered—from admissions and therapy to the nursing team—was compassionate, professional, and always willing to answer our questions. Any concerns or needs we had were addressed promptly and thoroughly. The wound care team was absolutely outstanding. They were able to heal and close a wound that we had been struggling with for four years, which was truly life-changing for our family. The therapy staff worked hard to help my dad regain strength and independence, and the nurses consistently provided excellent care. Even the dietary staff and cooks went above and beyond, accommodating his preferences and ensuring he had enjoyable meals. We are incredibly grateful for the dedication, expertise, and kindness shown by everyone involved in my dad's care. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation services.

I can’t say enough positives about The Willows…it’s welcoming, staff is professional with plenty of empathy and dedication, all my needs were met, food was amazing, activities for all interests, happy hour 😁, reasonably priced (great “bang for the buck”), PT and OT expertise is incredible; I have exceeded recovery expectations…it’s sad to go home !the recovery road

If you call calling the police on a 75 year old with final stage dementia quality? This is your place. They sent my Father to Assurance in Toledo which is basically a mental hospital to regulate his meds. He fell 6 times and had bruises all over him. Brought him home after removing him. He had dry blood in his noise and the corners of his mouth. He wasn't home 4 days and passed away. Horrible care system.
