The Watermark at Vistawilla

Watermark is a beautiful facility on the surface, and there are individuals who truly care about the residents and families. Unfortunately, those individuals seem to be leaving one by one. The recent departure of Shanece is deeply upsetting. She was the heart of this community and someone my family trusted and appreciated immensely. Before her, David also left another key person who made a real difference. When the people who genuinely care continue to exit, it raises serious concerns about leadership, culture, and internal support. Families notice consistency. Residents need stability. Frequent turnover in meaningful roles impacts trust and continuity of care, no matter how nice the building looks. Thank you to Shanece for everything you did for my family you are truly appreciated and irreplaceable. I hope Watermark leadership takes a hard look at why such impactful staff members keep leaving, because the residents and families deserve better.

I wanted to leave a shout out to Carlos Ware, a driver from this facility. His kindness and respect for residents that he transports to our clinic is above and beyond. He is so special and everyone who encounters him is so lucky!

The staff here is next level. Always prompt to help, pleasant, quick and efficient. The food is exceptional. The servers are a delight and make everyone feel like family. The facility is clean and the amenities are wonderful. This is the place to be.

This community is very clean and welcoming. The staff made a great first impression, and the Sales Director Tiffany stood out for being warm, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. You can tell the community is well cared for and focused on creating a comfortable environment for residents.
