There is new management at the Watermark at Vistawilla and the change is noticeable. It is a well maintained facility. The Executive director (David) and Director of Nursing ( Kevin ) are responsive and professional. They consistently follow up with any concerns to make sure your loved ones are taken care of. The Nursing staff, medical aids, food servers, activity directors, maintenance engineers and administrators are always willing to assist. They are always friendly and remember your family members name. I evaluated 8 other assisted living facilities in the area before selecting this one and am confident I made the right choice. The staff at Watermark Vistawilla are amazing! So caring and kind. They are always willing to go the extra mile for the residents and their families. Mom is very happy since moving to Watermark at Vistawilla. Since the new administration and medical heads have taken on their roles, the entire facility has improved ten hold! Thank you David and Kevin. Mom keeps very busy with meals with friends, Bingo, crafts, movies, games and more. The facility is clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Her move has definitely been a positive experience for her and her entire family.

I recently visited a friend at Vistawilla and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The facility is absolutely beautiful. I would have no hesitation in putting my loved one in there. The staff was very friendly when I couldn’t find my way around. The nurse was more than willing to answer the questions I had. I highly recommend this facility.
