I want to thank the incredible team at Watermark at the Pearl for the outstanding care and support they’ve shown my mom since she moved in. When she needed immediate medical attention, the team went above and beyond to help. I called for an ambulance and informed the concierge, who quickly handed me the AED before I even had to ask. As I rushed back to her room, Michael Farrell, the Associate Executive Director, noticed my concern, opened the stairwell, and literally ran five flights with me to ensure I got back so to her so my mom received prompt care. If you’re looking for a professional and compassionate community that prioritizes safety and helps residents thrive, I highly recommend Watermark at the Pearl. Their dedication and quick response made a difficult moment much easier for our family.

The Watermark at the Pearl is a beautiful facility. We were very impressed with the floor plans. The only downside for us is that there's only one two-bedroom unit left, and we won't be moving until September 2026. Annie was a great tour guide: knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and a wonderful representative of the facility. If you're looking for a senior retirement community, you would do well to check it out.

My family member lives at The Watermark at the Pearl, and we’ve had such a positive experience. The staff is kind, loving, and friendly. In particular, we have had interactions with both permanent staff and agency staff, and both have been knowledgeable and engaged. We’ve interacted with the Executive Director on several occasions, and she is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and takes immediate action to resolve any concerns or questions we have had. Staff turnover has been a concern; however, in my experience, this is sadly a normal part of modern business. My family and I would recommend The Watermark at the Pearl to anyone looking for a gorgeous community with staff that truly care.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Watermark to explore options with my mother. Wow! First, our guide, Anne, was informative, kind, and helpful (A+ for coming in on her day off). Second, the Watermark was beautifully appointed and filled with high end amenities in a secluded but accessible part of Portland. Third, the rooms all have views of the river or forest park (we also saw three mountain peaks). A great place with very friendly staff.
