My husband is memory care at Watermark Oro Valley, and I can't image a residence with better care. He is a fall risk, and the care staff are watchful, yet considerate about his privacy. He is still getting acclimated to Watermark, but is starting to feel more at home. Oh, and the meals are wonderful.

I was fortunate to be able to visit for 9 days and share meals with Dad. The staff were caring and helpful throughout and his fellow residents were friendly as well. The food and facilities were outstanding as well. After seeing Dad's situation firsthand for a fairly lengthy visit I can say that I have full confidence that The Watermark at Oro Valley was a great place for his transition from home to an assisted living environment. Thank you to all the staff. It was great getting to know so many of his neighbors. You kindness and support will always be remembered fondly.

Our visit with the staff and faculty blew us away. The kindness and services amazed us. It was a wonderful experience that helped assuaged our fears about placing our parent in a memory care unit. The facility is spotless and modern. The services are top-notch. We could instantly tell that the patients were being well provided for. What was a fear about moving Mom into a facility became a relief once we toured the building. Karen addressed all our concerns, as well as many issues that we didn’t consider. The Watermark is a beacon of light for our family, and we trust them to provide the highest quality of life our loved one deserves. We’re so happy to have reached out to Karen when we did. The tough decision we were dreading now is a simple choice for the next chapter in Mom’s life.

My stepfather transitioned from assisted-living and another facility to memory care here at the Watermark in Oro Valley. I had expected a tremendous amount of stress and the staff here at Watermark in Oro Valley made the transition seamless and easy. It was wonderful. Karen was incredible. Terry was too. I’m so happy I chose this facility for my stepfather. I look forward to seeing him flourish, and I know he’s in good hands with the amazing staff .
