One of the things that really stands out is how well the residents are treated on a daily basis—with patience, kindness, and dignity always at the forefront. It gives families real peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in such good hands. The activities department also does an amazing job. There are so many fun and engaging activities every week that keep residents active, social, and smiling. From games and music to special events, there’s always something going on that brings joy and a sense of community. I can’t say enough great things about the leadership here, especially Bridget Delaney the Assistant Executive Director. Her level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication truly stands out. She goes above and beyond not just for the residents, but for the families and staff as well. What I admire most is her ability to balance strong leadership with genuine care. She’s present, approachable, and always willing to step in wherever needed. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it reflects in the positive environment she helps create every day. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for with respect, dignity, and heart, this is it. Leadership makes all the difference—and she is a big part of why this community feels like home.

I recently visited Catalina Springs I do have to say Melissa, the activities Director and her staff do an amazing job with activities. The residents are engaged all day long. The activities she provides is joyful and up lifting. I would also like to recognize the Nursing director Tia, she is an amazing nurse. She’s very attentive to the residence and their needs. She is one of a kind she is willing to get on the floor and help her staff all the time. Also her staff is very friendly and always going above the call of duty…
