Beautiful facility with amazing views and location. Haven’t been into the facility itself but enjoy the thrive 9000 and public park in the morning :) great to see charity/community building work like that!

Watermark is such a beautiful location on Marco Island. I am currently teaching the Tai Chi program at the Watermark. I have found all the personnel and members to be appreciative and supportive. It is truly a caring and tranquil atmosphere. I love the outdoor space on the water and found it to be very conducive to mindfulness training. Such a great place right at the heart of Marco!

From the moment you walk into The Watermark, you’re greeted with warmth, beauty, and an immediate sense of home. The space is spotless and beautifully decorated—stunning orchids and elegant touches make it feel more like a luxury hotel or cruise ship than a typical assisted living facility. The staff is attentive and kind, and the residents all seem genuinely happy and well cared for. The grounds are immaculate and inviting, perfect for enjoying peaceful outdoor moments. Truly a remarkable place that sets a high standard for senior living.

A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to visit this beautiful place, which will definitely be a perfect and very welcoming environment for my mother. Their facilities and the activities they offer are amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting Robyn, the Executive Director and Jeff, the Sales Director. As well as the Italian Chef, Salvatore. Very attentive and friendly staff. Happy to see that everyone who is part of this wonderful place, are a team, tremendously fantastic! Thank you! 🫶
