    I had a professional experience with Waterfloo, front desk staff was professional and helped me with my sign in and out. The director was there to make sure everything with my first visit being there was great. The young man at the front desk was really nice .

    This place is phenomenal! I was visiting a family member and had lunch while I was there. The staff are friendly and the grounds are beautiful. It’s the perfect place for a family member that needs a little extra daily care. ❤️

    Need Waterford regional to contact me ASAP regarding living conditions at the Waterford. Messages have been left with Rhonda in mgmt with no responses. Proper attention by superiors is needed to these concerns.

    I visited a friend there. Her place is charming and has the air of being comfy and cozy. Everyone I encountered from the receptionist desk to neighbors of my friend were friendly and engaging. To God be the glory for having a wonderful friend who calls the Waterford her place to live and relax.
