This facility is just what my aunt was looking for! The Hospitality Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel welcome from the time we stepped in the door. The rooms and living quarters are very nice and comfortable. Thank you so much for providing her with a home away from home!

I had a wonderful experience at Chateau Ridgeland! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly and professional service. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff went above and beyond to help me, and everything was easy to find. Mrs. Jackson was especially helpful—she was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know. I especially appreciated how patient and kind the entire team was. Every question I had was answered with care, and I never once felt rushed. They made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. I highly recommend Chateau Ridgeland to anyone looking for a retirement facility , a peaceful environment, and staff who truly care.

Ive met so many people in my life during my career in the healthcare field, but when I went to Holiday Chateau Ridgeland, I really met some of the most amazing people in there. There ELC Jessica was so sweet. What I love most about her is the way she interacts with the residents. They were so happy during there activities. She’s definitely God sent.

I can't say enough good things about this retirement community! The environment is always clean, welcoming and peaceful-truly a place where residents feel at home. The staff goes above and beyond and I especially want to recognize Jessica for exceptional care and attention to detail. She's incredibly thorough, patient, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of every resident. You can tell she really cares. It's comforting to know our loved ones are in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend!
