This is an outstanding assisted living facility. Everyone is so caring and helpful to all residents. The place is clean, inside and out, and the food is great! The mature trees and safe Shavano Park neighborhood make it a great choice to live. Management is top notch! My parents moved to this facility in September and it has been a very positive experience!

I moved my sister here 9 months ago and it was the best decision! The staff are very caring and attentive to her needs. The admin and nurse are very responsive to any concern that comes up. They help manage her medical appointments, lab draws and transportation. The practitioners that come into the facility have been excellent and stay on top of all her medical needs. The care givers are encouraging and compassionate. Socially there are activities to engage with other residents. I’ve seen safety and care as top priorities. The facility is clean and well maintained.

As a Memory Care Director at another community, I love the MC unit at the Etta. Ms Ester is so much fun and competitive. The staff is kind and accommodating. We had a blast playing The Etta MC residents in a Balloon Volleyball match.

I toured the Etta during a Christmas In July event they hosted, and am extremely impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of the care community. The staff are extremely personable and have a genuine heart for the residents. It would a a cozy place with engaging activities and amenities. I definitely give them my highest recommendation to anyone that has a family member in need of care.
