Just to list a couple great things here at The Waterford, Residents are all so welcoming and kind to anyone who walks in whether it be a potential move in or a new resident and their family. Staff is always so helpful and willing to go above and beyond to provide the best care for each and every resident! Food is always made fresh and plenty of options to choose from. Daily activities in our assisted living facility are always so much fun with the director Lucy! She always makes events so fun and residents enjoy all her efforts! If you haven’t already considered this a place for your loved one. Please do. Take a tour it’s amazing and you won’t be disappointed!

This is one of the nicest assisted living facilities I have been to! Residents are happy, well taken care of, and are subject to so many activities! It’s wonderful to see how active they are even with their disabilities and/ or advanced ages! Have observed meal times and food looks freshly made and nutritious! Would happily recommend to anyone wanting to bring their loved one to live at The Waterford at Shavano.

I’ve had the chance to spend time in both the memory care and assisted living areas, and I’m always impressed by the staff. Everyone is kind, patient, and truly attentive to the residents. The community is consistently clean and well taken care of, and there’s such a welcoming, positive atmosphere throughout the building. You can really tell the residents are cared for and respected here.

I toured this facility with social workers with our company who helps families place loved ones. This is the best kept secret in SA. The value for the amenities offered is quite affordable and reasonable. I would highly recommend The Waterford at Shavano Park for anyone looking for long term elderly care. The staff is AMAZING!
