The Waterford is a wonderful place for your aging friends and family. Excellent, caring, and professional staff. Superb food. You can rest assured that your loved one will be well taken care of and loved.

I went here to pick up some people and while waiting, I noticed the decorations for their Halloween party. Then I went back another day just before Thanksgiving to pick up another person and noticed their decor for Thanksgiving. It was a fun place to be and see. The residents seem genuinely happy. I see they have an awesome average rating and I totally agree with it. I've walked around the place to go get my person and it not only looks clean, it also does not have any odors. Great job guys!! 👍👍

My mom is a resident. At least four times in the last month they have run out of the main course before getting to her dining group. That is a typical month. I have eaten there several times and have found the salad bar depleted before second seating is served. The elevator is out of order frequently which causes third floor residents to be trapped if they are unable to navigate stairs. This invitation offered a gift for a five star rating. This facility is nowhere near five stars.
