The building is beautiful, but most importantly, the people working there truly care! They were all so happy to share about what is happening in their community. It was such a joy to tour and meet such kind folks!

Betty Sledge spent her last five years at Long Creek Assisted Living. She at first did not want to go into assisted living, but shortly adjusted and admitted it was the best place she could be. She enjoyed the activities and made a lot of friends with the residents and staff. We believe she got good care in her final days and we were happy she didn’t have to move again.

This facility is run very poorly. Understaffed. Staff appear to have no real understanding or training working with the elderly and those with dementia. Basic needs are not met. Resident not showered. Have to call to remind them and even then doesn’t make a difference. Makes promises to change but cannot improve situation and problems continue. Many meetings, many broken promises. Nothing changes. The pretty decorations and common areas of the facility is false representation of the care provided.

My in-laws are residents at Long Creek dad in assisted living and mom in memory care. Both of them are doing well there. The staff are very friendly and attentive and compassionate. The dining room and meals are great. We are happy with the housekeeping and laundry service provided to them also.
