I have lived here for 1 year, and I have made so many friends. We are just like a huge family. There is so much to do everyday with our activities director (Julie M.). She keeps us all busy playing Bingo, Dominoes, planting flowers, and so much fun stuff. The staff are always so sweet and ready to lend a helping hand. It is a great place for your loved ones to be. So come on over and check out our community.

The Waterford at Baytown is an amazing community. I do not use those words lightly. The staff have a shared vision and delight in caring for the residents. It is like an extended family there. Everyone can have a bad day but this group of people seem to care for each other and work through it. The residents seem happy and at home. The care givers as well. Wonderful place to visit and the food is great too!

The Waterford at Baytown is an excellent place for loved ones to be! I am a physical therapist that comes to work with patients here 1-2 times a week and every time the staff is nice, friendly, and takes good care of the residents. I’ve gone to many assisted living facilities, but this one is one of the best! I highly recommend this place! May God continue to bless this facility in Jesus name! 🙌😇

My son was in the memory care unit for five months. We just moved to another facility on October 1st. The staff turnover is high. There are only two caregivers plus a med tech during the day (two caregivers at night). We are talking two caregivers to take care of 23 people or more. The TV in the main living area can only play music from 8-5, you can only watch TV in your room. There are some crazy rules. My suggestion is to talk to some of the family members who are there regularly and see how things really are. All the caregivers are really great, but there need to be more for the residents to get the care they need and deserve. They also went up $750 per month (after only 5 months) no added benefits. Again check with family members.
