It's home! We moved here about a year ago and we love it. The villas are beautiful and updated, the grounds are well maintained and awesome to walk around because it's safe, the ladies at the office are always nice, patient and very helpful and the maintenance guys are always polite, fast and reliable. I especially love the pools! We are very happy we decided to move here!

Five stars really aren’t enough, Chesapeake Bay is truly a wonderful place. Every member of the staff are so amazing and truly care so much about every resident. Laura has been our main point of contact for my 85 year old grandmother, every step of the way she has just been so supportive and kind! 10/10 such a awesome place to live!

Chesapeake staff have shown exemplary customer service and made me feel very welcomed. The grounds and general area are designed to provide a sense of peace. There are several activities for various interests and 2 pools, one heated. Absolutely wonderful place to live.

I LOVE and incredibly appreciate the staff at Chesapeake Bay in Seabrook, Texas; and I love the property itself. The staff has been so kind and patient with me as my husband and I are making the transition from a large home to a smaller cottage and it's a little mind-boggling at times. They have listened, consoled, encouraged and walked me through the rental process. .The property itself is absolutely beautiful and there are so many amenities. If you are looking to do something similar- downsizing – I would really encourage you to check out Chesapeake Bay in Seabrook, Texas.
