I can’t say enough good things about this community. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly treats residents like family. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and feels like home. They go above and beyond to ensure every resident is safe, comfortable, and engaged with activities that bring joy and purpose. Communication with families is excellent, and I have complete peace of mind knowing my loved one is in such capable, caring hands. I highly recommend this assisted living to anyone looking for quality care and a warm, supportive environment

Every single time I enter The Waterford to see my parents I am greeted by warm smiles and Hello’s. There has never been a single time that I have requested something that they have not delivered. For example, today I came to help my parents get things ready for Medicare Open Enrollment and Charity, Assistant Director of Nursing, graciously printed out my parents medication list that will be needed and after I left the facility I had forgotten to look at my Dad’s phone as family members could not reach him for a few days. I called Chasity and she came to my rescue again by going to their room and helped my dad set the cell phone back to where the ringer had accidentally been switched to vibrate. That was something that she wasn’t obligated to do but did it because she cares for the families and the residents. I have witnessed this level of caring in all of the directors, assistant directors and aides and not to leave out the maintenance staff. It is not an easy job to take care of so many people with so many different needs and in my view the employees of The Waterford are miles ahead of other facilities that I have seen. It is not easy transitioning from being fully independent to requiring full time help but they make sure that the tenant’s dignity is respected and that their well being is closely monitored. Keep up the good work folks!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have lived here for 1 year, and I have made so many friends. We are just like a huge family. There is so much to do everyday with our activities director (Julie M.). She keeps us all busy playing Bingo, Dominoes, planting flowers, and so much fun stuff. The staff are always so sweet and ready to lend a helping hand. It is a great place for your loved ones to be. So come on over and check out our community.

Everyone was helpful and kind, they let us walk my grandma to and back from the cafeteria and room. They had wonderful staff and the cook did an excellent job on the fish, it looked and smelled perfectly seasoned. I feel at ease knowing the workers there are great people and incredibly good at what they do.
