Silvercrest is a beautiful, welcoming and safe facility. The staff’s interaction is warm, friendly and helpful. The nurses are skilled and attentive to our mom’s needs. In particular, Nurse Betty extends compassionate care and an empathetic ear to hard situations. She is kind and has a calming presence. She hears and reassures our mom which brings much comfort to her. Nurse Betty’s dedication to her residents is an incredible asset for Silvercrest. We are thankful for Nurse Betty and her exceptional care of our mom!

Took a tour of Silver Crest today with the Lifestyle Community Director. I forget her name. She was very good and the info provided was informative. We are looking for a place for my mom to go after being in acute rehab. This will be the place we choose! Very nice!

This is a simple review, Silvercrest has superior talent working with my mother. The chief talent is Betty Galligan👍. She and her assembled staff allow me to trust how well my 101 Parent is career for on a daily basis. She goes beyond the basics. She set a very hugh bar for personal care in any institution. A smile goes a long way, but so does action. Betty leads they way in both categories.

My in-laws moved from IL to Silver Crest into their patio home. They were together for 5 years before "Mom" needed assisted living. We were so pleased and amazed with the care and concern for her by Betty Galligan (and her staff). Betty just went above and beyond to help and communicate with our family. What a blessing she was to our family. Many thanks!
