From the minute we met Alicia at Village at Woodlands Waterway, we were immediately put at ease. Our mom was tired of taking care of her house and was looking for easier access for activities. Alicia answered our MANY questions (and we asked frequently), and she made our mom feel seen and valued. Alicia was quick to respond, and that exceptional service has continued even after move-in. She has ensured that our mom was quickly able to connect with other residents, both established and new, and she has made what could be a difficult transition as seamless as possible. The entire staff at the facility is warm, friendly, and quick to answer questions or solve any problems. We are so thankful for Alicia and the other staff!

We have started looking for a senior living facility in the event we have gotten to the point where we simply can't stay in our house since I no longer am able to do the simplest things around the house to keep it going and, most importantly, I am at losing my mobility to the point where I may soon have to be in a wheelchair. We decided to check out The Village and were met by Alicia Bowling, one of their sales representatives. Alicia gave us a tour of the facility and also an explanation of the services and amenities provided. She was most attentive and patient with us as we asked her all sorts of questions dealing with food to fire drills. She also followed up quickly with any follow up questions and requests that I had after our get together. In short, Alicia was just great in trying to make us comfortable with making a huge change of going from a house to an apartment at The Village. She was knowledgeable and pleasant. She made the experience very pleasant.

I did a tour with Alicia and she was amazing. She was so warm and welcoming. She introduced to me to all of her availabile team members who were also very friendly. The community is absolutely beautiful and my experience was great. I highly recommend the Village at the Woodlands Waterway

The staff at The Village has been great as we prepare to move our loved one in next week bu in particular Christin Teters has gone above and beyond! From the day we first called she has made the process as simple as possible for us and we’ve honestly had to do very little. Always friendly and has stayed in communication with us even outside of the property. We look forward to this move in and the new chapter it starts for our family! If you are looking for a facility with multiple levels of care I highly recommend The Village and ask for Christin!
