My mother, who is visually impaired, has lived at the Village (independent living) now for several years. We have been very pleased. As one resident told me as she was calling to check on my mom after a recent surgery: we are not just a community, we are a family. Most of the people there, staff and residents alike, embody that genuine caring, loving atmosphere, and that makes this place feel like a home. I found the facility to be clean, festive, and happy. There are always holiday related decorations, music, and events. Everything feels first class. What I like most is that every time I walk in, I smile because I can sense the joy and life here. I found the Village to be professional and well run. When my mom needed some extra help temporarily, there were easily accessible "extra" services that were seamless. I highly recommend this place.

My mother and my family had a fantastic experience with the Village at the Triangle. My mother lived there for almost five years. She lived in Independent living for three and then moved to Assisted Living and then Memory care. The facilities and the staff are first rate. I am very grateful to the staff for the care they provided my mother the last several years of her life. I would not hesitate to recommend the Village to a friend or loved one.

My mother was a resident at Triangle’s Memory Care for six years. Before choosing Triangle we carefully checked out other memory care facilities. Many were good, but none seemed to equal the level of personalized care at Triangle. After she had been there for a month, we definitely knew that Triangle dramatically exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, clean, and well-kept. But what they really excel in is hiring caring, compassionate staff who truly love the guests and treat them with dignity, patience, dedication and individualized care. Joel, who manages Triangle, knows all the guests and is very careful about consistently hiring only the best people. Highly recommend this place.

I deeply regret convincing my father to move here. I believe he would still be alive today had he not lived there. He had been living on his own fine, but I thought the restaurant and company would be good for him. Joel Quade, executive director, was rude to my father and I from the start, but rather than acknowledge the red flags, I encouraged my father to move in. The many grievances I have are too long to list and too personal to relive, except for the least important and pettiest — they actually overcharged us after his death despite the place being spotless (I personally cleaned it though it was in great shape anyway). DO NOT MOVE HERE OR LET SOMEONE YOU LOVE MOVE HERE. I recommend the Watermark! My father stayed at one in CT, and there is one in South Austin, which I imagine is of similar excellence in treatment of their community.
