My brother-in-law is currently here and for the most part he enjoys being here. He’s pretty independent and requires very little attention. Theres been a few minor incidences, but staff is generally easy to work with. They are going through some current changes as far as kitchen menu items go and efforts are being made to improve the quality of food and dining experiences. Overall he is pleased but hopes to be able to go home soon. Out of all the facilities around, this was one of the better options in this area.

The management and staff are neglectful. My 79 year old father had a fall while living there and protocol was not followed. Signs of traumatic injury such as large bruises were ignored. My father needed assistance to get dressed and baths from staff. They ignored the 12” diameter bruise on his body until his health critically declined.

If you love your family members, do not put them here. The people are not qualified and they neglect the residents for medical attention. Bed soars, when you press the button for medical attention, it takes him thirty minutes or more to respond. This place might look good on the inside and have you fooled?But please beware do not put your family members here if you want them to live.

Management is HORRIBLE, the entire team is all for themselves and not the residents who are gere to receive the care that they are needing. The three witches treat you like trash and have your back against the wall scolding you as an individual employee who is being mistreated because they THINK that they're better than you. The residents are being neglected by management while the care staff (care partners run around like chickens with their heads cut off!
