This premier property provides convenient access to first-rate shopping centers/malls, restaurants, medical facilities, country clubs and an abundance of other local amenities. The Tradition-Prestonwood Assisted Living and Memory Care Community opened to residents in 2015 and is located at 5555 Arapaho Road across the street and catty-cornered from the Independent Living Community.

They do not care that a murderer walked freely in their buildings. They take ZERO accountability of how their building was secured. Cared not for their lack of security or the safety of their residents. They still are making victims go through litigation. There is a documentary about the murderer and this place on Prime, know where you bring your loved ones. Dont be fooled by the staff leaving positive reviews.

This is a wonderful place for independent living seniors. They have a huge amount of daily activities for all tastes, Happy Hours at least twice a week with entertainment, excercise classes, all types of games, book clubs, lectures, field trips, etc… they have a full service restaurant style dining room, weekly maid service, transportation… I want to live there when I grow up! 😎

When I came to Texas, I knew no one except my son and daughter-in-law and my grandchildren. I wanted to be near family, but I wanted to live in a certain way. Before I moved here, I visited seven different independent living facilities, and of all of them, Tradition struck me as being the place where I would thrive happily. That has been the case. I have made very good friends. I live an active life, I am never bored, but I can have solitude when I want it. The staff here are all lovely people who know how to make life easier and nicer for the residents. When you move into a facility such as this one of the things that is very important is the quality of the food. I am happy to say that Tradition Prestonwood offers not only two very nice entrées every evening, but there is what we call the back of the menu where you can order from a large assortment of entrées that are available each and every day or evening. This makes for very satisfactory dining. I feel I live a very blessed life, a life of comfort, leisure, friendship, and happiness. Fruma Kane
