I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the experience my family and I had at Signature Pointe. Unfortunately, the level of customer service, communication, and overall quality of care fell far below reasonable expectations. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and often nonexistent. Calls and questions went unanswered, updates were delayed or unclear, and important information had to be repeatedly requested rather than proactively provided. For a facility responsible for the care and recovery of individuals, this lack of clear communication created unnecessary stress and frustration. In addition, the customer service experience was extremely poor. Staff members frequently appeared disengaged, unresponsive, or unaware of basic information related to patient care. While there were a few individuals who seemed to genuinely care, the overall culture felt disorganized and lacking accountability. Professionalism and empathy should be standard in this setting, yet too often they were missing. Most concerning was the inconsistency in care. The level of attention and follow-through varied widely depending on the staff member involved, resulting in what I would describe as average at best and substandard at worst. Families trust these centers to provide reliable, coordinated care, and unfortunately that trust was not earned here. I am sharing this feedback publicly and with corporate leadership in the hope that meaningful improvements will be made. Patients and families deserve clear communication, competent care, and staff who demonstrate professionalism and compassion. Based on my experience, Signature Pointe has significant work to do in all of these areas.

My grandma has been there a couple years and is so happy. I came to an art class they do and saw how much the other people enjoy it too. The Easter brunch was so nice I appreciate all the effort the ladies put in it showed they care. I would for sure recommend to other families

My 39 year old son broke his hip and had surgery. After his hospital stay he needed additional rehab. He spent two weeks at Signature Pointe. All the staff were welcoming and made sure he felt comfortable. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and he was evaluated by PT on Saturday. All of his PT and OT sessions were time well spent and encouraged him to progress towards independence. Most of his requests were responded to in a timely matter. If the need ever arises again, when a family member required rehab, I would not hesitate to call Signature Pointe.

Could not recommend more!!! My father in law has had such a good experience, all of the staff are so helpful. Big shoutout to Heather, she has been so helpful answering all of my questions, making me feel 100% comfortable bringing him there. The therapy and service as a whole was excellent.
