I have a relative currently staying at this facility. Their staff is extremely nice in their unit, however; this associate was extremely rude when it was simply asked of her to help assist 3 elderly ladies find an activity that was advertised on their calendar. She refused to help and never apologized. I think if you work here, you should be pleasant and helpful to the people you are supposed to assist. Make the effort to do your job. Management please train your associates to have empathy for those they help. One day they may need the same care and I pray they will be treated with respect. Thanks!

I would give the overall facility 3.0 stars. This facility needs to hire more aides and nurses. The ones who work here are so overwhelmed and overworked because of the understaff issue. We were promised there would be atleast 2 aides or 1 nurse on the Legacy wing at all times…. We come every night only to see 1 aide by themself and 1 nurse that is in charge of multiple wings at a time… facility needs more consistency in the staff as there is lots of turnover, maybe increase incentives and policies to make staff want to stay. 5.0 stars given solely due to Grace and Susan Shaw over on the 200 Legacy wing. They thoroughly care about each one of the residents and when they are off shift you can tell the difference as they are the ones who keep a consistent schedule on this wing for the residents. They both are so caring, so PATIENT, and so attentive to these residents.

I cannot say enough great things about our recent visit here to see my dad. The place is so clean, the staff is so friendly, and the food is great. They really take care of their residents. This was a picture taken from their deck outside where we were able to set up his telescope and look at the moon. May not seem like much to some…but to him and us…it was all we needed. Thanks to everyone there. 5-stars

My dad is currently staying after surgery from a fall. He can’t move around or get himself out of bed, and that includes going to the bathroom. It takes forever for an aide to come after using the call button, and they seem to neglect patients. When we visit he’s peed through his depends and his sheets are soaked, and hours later he still hasn’t been changed. Today, Wednesday morning, was the first time someone changed his depends since Monday. We’ve explained that he can’t move, has slight dementia, and needs help with basically everything. I wish we would have sent him elsewhere. Nobody should have to sit in urine soaked sheets and clothes for days, and there’s only so much we can physically do when we visit. On top of that, I called to talk to the executive director about all of this and still have not received a call back. I wish we would have sent him elsewhere. If you have a family member who actually needs help doing everyday tasks and needs to be checked on every couple hours, do not send them here. Do not let the nice fancy building fool you.
